These Terms govern your use of pterho.com and any order placed through it. Using the site or placing an order means you accept these Terms, along with our Privacy Statement, Returns & Refunds policy, and Shipping & Delivery policy. Nothing here removes any mandatory right you hold under Romanian or EU consumer law.

2. Scope and Acceptance

You need the legal capacity to enter a binding contract to buy from us. The site is for lawful use only — no fraud, no tampering with its security, no infringing on anyone else's rights.

Age Qualification: Transactions are restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older. Minors may only use our services with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Merchandise & Inventory Specifications

We describe our products as accurately as we can — materials, dimensions, and features included. Photos may render slightly differently depending on your screen and lighting. Where an item is out of stock after you order, we'll reach out with the option of a substitute or a full refund.

4. Pricing Structure & Financial Settlement

Prices are shown at checkout, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated separately. We may adjust prices at any time; what you're charged is the price shown when your order is confirmed. Payment is processed securely through our checkout provider — we don't store full card details.

5. Order Lifecycle & Execution

Placing an order is an offer to buy; the automatic confirmation you receive acknowledges that, but the contract is only finalized once we confirm or dispatch the order. We may decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons — stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or a legal requirement — with any payment taken refunded.

6. Shipping & Logistical Transit

Shipping options, estimated timeframes, and costs are shown at checkout and detailed fully in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Dates given are estimates, not guarantees, and we're not liable for delays outside our reasonable control — this doesn't affect your statutory rights. Risk passes to you once the order is delivered to you or someone you've designated.

7. Statutory Cancellation & Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

If you're an EU/EEA consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. To cancel, email us a clear statement at info@pterho.com within that window, then send the item back within a further 14 days. Once we receive it (or proof it's on its way), we'll refund you — including standard delivery cost — within 14 days, to your original payment method. Sealed cosmetic and skincare items unsealed after delivery may fall outside this right for hygiene reasons, where the law allows.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Beyond the statutory right above, general returns follow the same 14+14 day structure, subject to the item being unused and in its original packaging. Full process and return address are in our Returns & Refunds policy. We don't guarantee direct exchanges -availability depends on stock; the usual route is a return plus a new order.

9. Product Warranty & Defective or Damaged Merchandise

New goods carry the mandatory legal guarantee of conformity under Romanian/EU law -generally 2 years from delivery — covering items that don't match their description or fall short of reasonably expected quality. Where applicable, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. Flag any defect or shipping damage as soon as reasonably possible.

10. Complaints Procedure

Send complaints to info@pterho.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos. We aim to acknowledge quickly and resolve fairly within the timeframe applicable law requires.

11. User Obligations

• Provide accurate details when ordering or setting up an account.
• Use the site only for lawful purposes.
• Don't interfere with the site's security or normal operation.
• Respect our intellectual property and that of others.

12. Intellectual Property Governance

All content on the site — text, product photography, branding, layout — belongs to or is licensed to TREVANO SOLUTIONS S.R.L. and is protected under applicable IP law. Reproducing or commercially reusing it without written permission isn't permitted.

13. Liability and Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability the law doesn't allow us to limit — including for fraud, personal injury from negligence, or breach of mandatory consumer rights.

14. Force Majeure

We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — natural disasters, public health emergencies, government action, strikes, or carrier disruptions among them. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. If you're a consumer elsewhere in the EU, this doesn't remove mandatory protections under your own country's law. Disputes can be raised with us directly at info@pterho.com, with Romania's National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC).

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to it; the latest version is always posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date.
