1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed, inspected and carefully packaged within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not process shipments on weekends or public holidays. During peak sale seasons and holiday promotions, processing time may be slightly extended due to a surge in orders.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We provide worldwide standard shipping service for all facial masks, face creams and other beauty skincare products. The estimated delivery time is listed below:
Standard Shipping: 10 - 20 business days
Delivery time is an estimated reference, which is affected by international customs clearance, local logistics efficiency, bad weather and peak shipping seasons. Temporary delays may occur occasionally, which is beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on most orders. Extra shipping fee may be charged for remote areas according to logistics rules. No hidden fees will be added during the whole shipping process.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with an exclusive tracking number and tracking link.
Tracking information may take 2-5 days to update after shipment due to international logistics synchronization.
If the tracking status stops updating for over 7 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.
5. Customs & Import Taxes
International skincare shipments may be subject to customs inspection and import duties. Any additional local taxes, customs fees or clearance charges are borne by the customer. We will not take responsibility for customs detention caused by local policy regulations.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship to military addresses, PO boxes and some restricted regions. If your address is unavailable for delivery, we will contact you and issue a full refund as soon as possible.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipment
For lost packages or leaked, broken, severely damaged skincare goods during transportation, please email us with your order number and relevant photo evidence within 7 days after the estimated delivery date. We will provide replacement or refund solutions for eligible orders.
