1. Eligibility for Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items are eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Received defective, damaged, leaked, or expired products.
- Incorrect item shipped due to our mistake.
- Products with unopened original packaging and non-artificial quality issues.
Note: Opened, used, partially consumed skincare/mask products are not eligible for free return or refund. Skin discomfort caused by personal constitution or improper use does not qualify for unconditional return.
2. Return Requirements
- Please contact our customer service within 7 days after receiving problematic goods.
- Provide clear photos or short videos of product condition, packaging, and labels for verification.
- Keep the original packaging, outer box and accessories intact as much as possible.
3. Shipping Fees
We cover the return shipping fee for verified defective, wrong, leaked or expired items. For voluntary returns due to personal preference, the customer shall bear the return shipping cost.
4. Refund Process
- Contact our support email and submit a return request with relevant evidence.
- We will review and confirm your application within 24 hours.
- After confirmation, we will arrange refund or replacement.
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-7 working days.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after purchase for a full refund. Once the package has been shipped, order cancellation is no longer available.
6. Exceptions
We do not accept returns for the following situations:
- Products that have been opened, used, tried on, or damaged by customers.
- Improper storage leading to product deterioration or leakage.
- Intentional damage, man-made destruction, or missing original packaging.
- Unreasonable return requests without valid reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse any unreasonable return application.
