Cancelling Your Order

Before dispatch: Email info@pterho.com: real support email for pterho.com] with your order number as soon as possible — if it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel and refund it in full.

After dispatch: Once shipped, an order can't be cancelled, but you're welcome to return it once it arrives.

EU Customers Only: Your Right of Withdrawal

EU/EEA consumers can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery, no reason required.

Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal

Sealed cosmetic and skincare items unsealed after delivery may fall outside this right for hygiene reasons, where the law allows.

Returns

Timing: Tell us within 14 days of delivery that you'd like to return an item, then send it back within a further 14 days.

Condition: Items should be unused, in their original packaging, with any protective seals intact where applicable.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

You cover return shipping if you've simply changed your mind. If the item's faulty, damaged, or wrong, we cover it.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we inspect it and process your refund — generally within 14 days — back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Something arrive damaged or wrong? Email info@pterho.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges — return the item for a refund and place a new order for what you want instead.
